At Suits, we are committed to ensuring you find the perfect fit and style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed suit in its original packaging with all tags attached, including the protective garment bag if applicable.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our quality team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
